Where are you located and where do I orders ship from?
All products are designed, handmade, packaged, and shipped from my home office in Westbrook, Maine.
If I send you my favorite Bible verse, quote, or lyric, can you hand letter it for me?
I would love to! Please make sure the quote or lyric is on public domain so we don’t break any copyright laws.
Can you create a logo for my business?
Logo is a critical aspect of any business and I want your logo to fully represent your brand. While I’m not a logo designer, I would love to create hand lettered element(s) for your business logo. Please have your logo designer contact me or use one of my recommended logo designers below:

Can you create a tattoo design for me?
Yes! I’m so flattered that you want to use my lettering for a tattoo design. Please contact mewith more details and I’ll be happy to send you a custom quote.
Are your products customizable?
All products that are customizable are specified in the product description. If you are looking to simply change the colors, add a name, or take out certain words, please leave a note during checkout.
If I have my own signs, can you letter on them for me?
If you are local to the state of Maine, I would love to!

Yes! If you are interested in licensing my design for your products, please email me directly. Thank you!
Full payment is due at the time of purchase and/or prior to shipping. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice that the shipping address provided is incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours.
In the case that the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned, your order will be refunded minus the shipping costs if the merchandise is undamaged. Should you request the order be sent to a different address, please note that you will be charged again for the shipping cost.
International orders cannot be returned because of custom fees or duties. Customers are responsible for the additional fees associated with purchasing and shipping to respective countries.
Custom Lettering Services
Clients will receive a contract for all custom lettering services outlining the details of each service and/or product as well as the terms and conditions.

What's your turnaround time?
My turnaround time varies based on the product you purchase. Please see below for a list of my current turnaround time:
- Custom wedding signage: 4-6 weeks
- Non-custom wedding signage: 2-3 weeks
- Globe guestbook: 4-6 weeks
- Ring box: 1 week
- Non-custom home decor: 1-2 weeks
- Prints: 3 business days
- Stamps: 3-5 business days
- Custom wedding package: TBD on a per project basis
How is my order shipped?
Shipping methods vary based on your order. Smaller items such as ring boxes are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and generally take 3-5 business days. All other items are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 business days). You will receive a tracking number with each order shipment and insurance is always included.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (up to 3 weeks) or USPS Priority Mail (6-10 business days) depending on the weight/size of your order.
What's your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing and damaged items in transit must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. You will not be charged for shipping for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
All custom handwritten and hand painted orders are final. Please note that there will be variances in the spacing, size, and style of letters. All wood products are prepared in house. Each piece of wood is unique in its natural knots and grains and will absorb stain with slight variations.
Am I responsible for customs and duties taxes?
Yes. Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries.
